Cancellation Policy
Since we do NOT double-book appointments, Chisense Clinic have only a limited number of appointments available.
If you are unable to attend your appointment, we would be grateful if you could let us know as soon as possible,
so this time will be of benefit to someone else.
If you are NOT sure if you can keep your appointment, then you can book it on the day of treatment (if availability permits).
There is a full visit fee for missed appointments without any advance notice being given.
A Course of 10 acupuncture sessions
A course of 10 acupuncture sessions aims to focus on the areas of your health concern(s). The treatments are scheduled weekly. Therefore, there is a discounted rate compared with a single session payment. In this case, we require the course must be used within 5 months of the 1st session.
Gift Vouchers
Available for most Health Beauty treatments, gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Punctuality
The Chisense Health Beauty Acupuncture Clinic requests that you arrive on time for your appointments
so that we can ensure you receive the full treatment time and prevent inconvenience to other clients.
Those who are late may have a shorter session so the next clients won’t have to wait.
